The Tampa Bay Times reports that YG Network has launched a new pre-recorded phone call featuring U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, who urges folks in Florida’s 13th Congressional District to cast their ballots for conservative David Jolly.Politico reported this morning that liberal candidate Alex Sink is “worried” as this race continues to tighten and the enthusiasm gap continues to lean in conservatives’ favor, despite “a rare foray by the White House into a single House election” on Sink’s behalf. The paper reported earlier that YG Network has teamed up with other conservative groups in an effort that “will dramatically alter the financial playing field in the race for the swing 13th District.”
“President Obama is desperate for conservatives to stay home and let liberal Alex Sink win this election,” said YG Network spokesman Chris Bond. “The president knows nothing would send a stronger message right now against Obamacare and his entire, failed liberal agenda than for Floridians to elect a smart, forward-looking conservative like David Jolly.”
