YG network releases ad: “flat line”

Six-Figure Digital and Radio Ad Campaign Focused on Energy, Economic Growth & Jobs Solutions for the Next Generation

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The YG Network today released a six-figure radio and digital advertising buy focused on energy, economic growth, and jobs to run in 13 House districts. The issue advocacy advertisement, entitled, “Flatline,” lauds House Members for supporting H.R. 4480, the Domestic Energy and Jobs Act, sponsored by Rep. Cory Gardner (CO-04) which the House passed last week.

The ad also calls upon legislators to support H.R. 4078 next month, the Regulatory Freeze for Jobs Act, sponsored by Tim Griffin (AR-02) to eliminate red tape, create jobs and help revitalize our economy for the next generation.
“President Obama doesn’t have solutions for America’s flat lining economic growth,” said Brad Dayspring, Senior Advisor to the YG Network. “Efforts to create jobs by eliminating red tape and adopting a next-generation energy strategy that embraces an all-of-the above approach and protects the environment should be applauded and vigorously pursued. President Obama tried the liberal approach and it failed, and now it’s time to try something new to grow the economy for the next generation.”

“FLAT LINE” SCRIPT

(SFX: Heart monitor. Beep beep… slowing… beep… beep… flatline)
Nurse: Doctor, America’s energy development – it’s flat lining!
And our economy… red-tape, regulations… it’s flatlining, too!
How do we revive our country?

Doctor: The Domestic Energy and Jobs Act is a good first step to recovery – it reduces high energy costs that hurt our hard-working families and small businesses…

(SFX: Flatline turns to recovery… beep… beep… faster, more regular beat)

And it helps grow our economy from the bottom up – creating greater energy security and more good jobs. It’s part of a next generation energy strategy that embraces an all-of-the above approach while taking good care of our environment.

(SFX: Energy, feel-good music up and under)

Nurse: Conservative leaders like Congressman Steve Scalise get it… and are taking action by voting for the Domestic Energy and Jobs Act.

Thank Congressman Steve Scalise for working to invigorate America’s flat lining energy production, and tell him to vote for H.R. 4078 next month - the Regulatory Freeze for Jobs Act - to create jobs and revitalize our economy for the next generation.
