
Tonight is the State of the Union address, and while many in the southeast are likely attempting to gather bread and milk for winter storm Leon, the President is likely preparing for a winter storm of his own. When he steps in front of the nation tonight, the President will face an icy reception from Americans.
According to a new WSJ/NBC poll, only 16% of Americans feel optimistic and confident about his second term. Add that to the fact that a whopping 63% of Americans think that America is on the wrong track, and it’s clear that the winter storm of American scorn is heading straight for the White House.
It’s time for Conservatives to step up and present a plan to warm the nation’s hearts—one that includes a strengthening the middle class and expanding economic growth for all.
