The second panel will feature an address by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and a discussion among leading conservative thinkers about the solutions presented in the YG Network’s new book “Room to Grow: Conservative Reforms for a Limited Government and a Thriving Middle Class.”
