New Pew/USA Today Poll: Obamacare Support A Mere 37%

Happy Thursday folks,

A new poll from the Pew Research Survey and USA Today reveals that Obamacare continues to garner far more opposition than support. According to the survey, half of Americans disapprove of the law, while a mere 37 percent support Obamacare.

By a thirteen-point margin, more Americans say that Obamacare has had a negative impact on the country (43 percent) than those who say it has had a positive impact on the country (30 percent).

And as far as the future is concerned more Americans believe that Obamacare will have a “mostly negative effect on them and their families” (35 percent) than those who believe the law’s effect will be mostly positive (29 percent).

It’s clear that Obamacare is not working for middle-class Americans. At a time when a majority of the country believes that the economy is getting worse, it’s unfair that President Obama and his liberal allies like Senate Majority Leader Reid and House Minority Leader Pelosi continue to support a law that reduces hours in the work-week, raises costs, and reduces access to doctors.
