LA Times: “More Complaints Are Surfacing” About Obamacare Doctor Networks

Happy Monday folks,

Former HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius recently said she “sure made some mistakes” regarding the rollout of Obamacare, though she didn’t touch on the fact that Obamacare is causing higher premiums, reduced hours in the work-week, and constrained access to preferred doctors.

The former two problems with Obamacare are monetary, but the law’s restriction of preferred doctors is problematic, as well. “More complaints are surfacing as patients start to use their new coverage bought through Covered California, the state’s health insurance exchange,” because consumers have a limited number of medical providers. “I thought I had done everything right, and it’s been awful,” said Fullerton resident Jean Buchanan toThe Los Angeles Times’ Chad Terhune.

Fullerton is not alone in her frustration. According to YG Network’s new nationwide survey, only ten percent of women believe that Obamacare should remain intact “as is.”

Obamacare’s disastrous effects are occurring at a time when many Americans remain pessimistic about their economic future. According to the latest Survey of Consumers from Thomson Reuters and the University of Michigan, only “one-in-four households expected their finances to improve in the year ahead in the June survey.”

And with “nearly half of all households anticipat[ing] declining living standards,” the American people are vividly aware that the liberal worldview has not been working.

That’s why it’s time for conservative policies to take their stead. From Obamacare to overall economic growth, ideas outlined in YG Network’s book Room To Grow can help get people back on track.

Seize the day.
