Happy Friday folks,
This morning, Gallup’s Art Swift (is that an awesome name or what?) reported that a “Majority of Americans Want Major Changes to Health Law.”
Only 17 percent of Americans believe the law should be kept as it is- a 7 point drop from October.
And a majority of Americans believe that Obamacare is the wrong way to go. “Fifty-two percent favor scaling back (20%) or repealing (32%) the law, similar to the 50% from mid-October, “ added Swift.
This information comes to us after the Bureau of Labor Statistics released a disappointing jobs report today. While the administration continues to set their expectations as low as possible, Americans are hurting. 203,000 jobs are not nearly enough to keep up with the population, and the unemployment rate for African-Americans (12.5 percent) and Hispanics (8.7) is alarmingly high.
From a weak labor market to a healthcare law that is causing harm to millions of Americans, the Left needs to acknowledge that their policies aren’t working.
Seize the day.
