36% of Recent College Grads Find Only Mal-Work

More than one third of employed recent college grads are working in positions that don’t require a degree. ‘Mal-employment’ rates are over 36% for college grads under the age of 25. A mal-employed worker may earn up to 40% less per week than their peers, making it even more difficult to pay off their student loans, move out of their parents’ house, and support themselves.
