A brand new CBS News Poll reveals that President Obama’s “ratings on specific issues remain mostly negative.”
Important details of the poll include:

56 percent of Americans disapprove of his handling of the economy, while only 39 percent approve,

56 percent disapprove of his handling of healthcare, while only 40 percent approve,

56 percent disapprove of his handling of immigration, while only 35 percent approve,

By an 11-point margin (43 percent to 32 percent), more Americans believe that “the image of the U.S. has grown worse since Mr. Obama became president, rather than better.”
It’s clear that the American people are fed up with his liberal agenda that focuses on pet projects and cronyism rather than helping Americans with everyday life.
This poll verifies what Bernie Becker of The Hill correctly observed this morning: “President Obama’s populist economic pitch is fizzling.”
The American people simply don’t believe that the liberal agenda is working. Conservatives have a great opportunity to show the American people sound policy that helps lower the costs of things like gas, groceries, education, and healthcare.
