Happy Tuesday folks,
You’d never know it based on the inept governance emanating from the White House, but apparently “President Barack Obama is seeking to build a team for the final years of his administration where management expertise may trump keen political or legislative skills.”
But this “shift” doesn’t seem to have appeased top liberal donors, who say, “they are exasperated by a lack of leadership from the White House on policy,” according to The Hill’s Amie Parnes.
Of course, the nation grieves over the anxiety currently felt by liberal mega-donors. But believe it or not, hardworking middle-class Americans are frustrated by President Obama, too!
They’re frustrated because his liberal agenda has zoned in on pet projects instead of economic growth.
A new Gallup survey shows that a majority of Americans believe that the economy is getting worse (55 percent), while only 39 percent of Americans believe the economy is getting better.
The Left contemptuously argues that middle-class Americans can trust liberal policies; that only with the stewardship of President Obama, Senate Majority Leader Reid, and House Minority Leader Pelosi can true progress come.
However, Jonathan Weisman of The New York Times points out that, “Progress, in fact, is a mirage, the product of what economists call the disappearing work force: people giving up and dropping out.”
Middle-class Americans are still struggling to keep their heads above water in the Obama economy, and conservatives must continue to show that sound policy beats President Obama’s agenda because it helps people with their daily lives
Seize the day.
