Americans still skeptical about Obamacare numbers

President Obama and his liberal allies in Washington have been touting many a success, including Obamacare, but in a new YG Network Battleground Tracking Survey, 65 percent of constituents think the economy is stagnant or declining, and battleground constituents’ disapproval of the troubled health care law has escalated from 52 percent in March to 55 percent in April.

It’s easy to understand why many Americans think Obamacare (and the President’s Liberal agenda as a whole) is a failure. The American people see how flawed Obamacare and the other pet-projects are, and they’re not buying it.

“When taking into account CBO projections that say 31 million Americans will still not have health insurance by 2024,” writes YG Network’s John Murray in a recent Huffington Post article, “we see that battleground constituents are not applauding Obamacare like liberals in Washington.”

Murray continues, “When respondents were asked if they believe the fact that 31 million Americans will remain uninsured in 10 years means the law is a success, the law is a failure, or something in between, only eight percent (you read that right, eight percent!) said it should be deemed a success.”

Obamacare serves as a reminder that laws should be enacted to help the American people, and the liberal agenda isn’t cutting the mustard. Conservatives, however, have the right policies to strengthen the middle class, be it through an improved access to healthcare, lowering energy costs, or just getting out of the way of entrepreneurs.
